VineVanta provides information, software, consulting, strategic, implementation, operational, and related services intended to help organizations improve their direct-to-consumer winery operations. The website does not create a commitment to provide services. Any paid or scoped engagement will be governed by a separate, mutually agreed written agreement, such as a Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, order form, or similar contract. If there is a conflict between these Terms and an executed agreement, the executed agreement controls.
2. User responsibilities

Privacy
Your mobile number and SMS consent information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
4. Intellectual property
All content, materials, software, methodologies, frameworks, trademarks, service marks, graphics, text, designs, and branding on the website are owned by or licensed to Corvix Group LLC DBA VineVanta and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
